Case Study 1 — Male & Female (53 & 52 y.o.) come through to Plan Ahead Wealth, seeking advice on purchasing a property for retirement using their super since they have been unable to save for a property in their personal names and want to avoid having to pay rent throughout retirement. Plan Ahead Wealth prepared and established a Self Managed Super Fund & assisted with the process of purchasing a property with a tax effective strategy to pay the investment property down within 14 years. This includes a investment fund outside of the property that will be used to provide a modest income stream, while also protecting the strategy through implementing personal insurances.

Plan Ahead Wealth put together a plan for a Transition to Retirement account and investment strategy, that allowed for no reduction in overall take home pay, while also reducing tax liability overtime.
Case Study 3 — Male & Female (50 y.o.) Reached out for advice following receipt of an inheritance of $600,000 and were wanting to explore options to invest this in a tax effective manner, while retaining access to $200,000 in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. We also utilised investments outside of super, given limited access opportunities until age 60 to meet their liquidity needs.

You don’t need to prepare anything complicated. A few simple steps can help you get more value from the conversation:
Think about your ideal retirement timeline and what a comfortable, secure retirement looks like for you.
Note down any general questions you have about retirement.
If you have a partner, consider inviting them — shared clarity often leads to better long-term decisions.
If your session is online, test your camera and audio a few minutes beforehand so you can relax and focus.
Most importantly, come with an open mind. This is a clarity conversation not a sales meeting — designed to help you better understand your options.
If your schedule changes, you can reschedule anytime using the button above. You’ll receive an email confirmation and reminders before your session.
