  • Case Study 1 — Male & Female (53 & 52 y.o.) come through to Plan Ahead Wealth, seeking advice on purchasing a property for retirement using their super since they have been unable to save for a property in their personal names and want to avoid having to pay rent throughout retirement. Plan Ahead Wealth prepared and established a Self Managed Super Fund & assisted with the process of purchasing a property with a tax effective strategy to pay the investment property down within 14 years. This includes a investment fund outside of the property that will be used to provide a modest income stream, while also protecting the strategy through implementing personal insurances.

  • Case Study 2 — Male (60 y.o.) Came through to Chris at Plan Ahead Wealth looking for advice on wanting to start to Transition into retirement and reduce work from 5 days to three while also supplementing income via superannuation. Plan Ahead Wealth put together a plan for a Transition to Retirement account and investment strategy, that allowed for no reduction in overall take home pay, while also reducing tax liability overtime.

  • Case Study 3 — Male & Female (50 y.o.) Reached out for advice following receipt of an inheritance of $600,000 and were wanting to explore options to invest this in a tax effective manner, while retaining access to $200,000 in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.
